We are a bespoke wedding invitation and stationery design studio based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, offering personalised design services, including but not limited to digital invites, printed stationery, table linen, signages, illustrations, wallpapers, branding, surface pattern design, and other allied creative and design services.

2. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT & WHEN WE COLLECT IT

  3. Submitting an Enquiry Form (Get a Quote): Our website features a three-tab enquiry form accessible via the Get a Quote button. Each tab is tailored to a specific service category and collects information relevant to that enquiry only, as is described below:

    TAB A (Invites Enquiry Form)
    When you submit an enquiry for wedding invitations or event stationery, we collect:
      - Full name
      - Email address and phone number
      - Event date and required delivery deadline
      - Nature of the celebration (e.g., wedding, engagement, birthday)
      - Products of interest (e.g., Wedding Logo, Save the Date, Digital Invite, Wardrobe Planner, Stationery Bundle, Wedding Suite)
      - Indicative budget range
      - Location (city / country where you are based)
      - Mood board reference (Pinterest board link or uploaded images / files)
      - How you heard about us (referral source)
      - Any additional notes or details you choose to share

    TAB B (Branding Enquiry Form)
    When you submit an enquiry for brand identity or event branding, we collect:
      - Full name
      - Email address and phone number
      - Your company's core offering or business description
      - Names of key competitors (for positioning reference)
      - Brand values, ethos, and positioning information
      - Location of your business
      - Expected project timelines
      - Mood board reference (Pinterest board link or uploaded images / files)

    TAB C (All Other Enquiries)
    When you submit an enquiry for any other service, including but not limited to, illustrations, wallpapers, table linen, surface pattern design, or signages - we collect:
      - Full name
      - Email address and phone number
      - Description of what you are looking to create
      - Location (city / country where you are based)
      - Expected project timelines
      - How you heard about us (referral source)
      - Any additional notes or details you choose to share

    Information submitted through any enquiry form is used to understand your requirements, prepare a suitable quotation, and initiate project communication. The contact details provided, including email addresses, may also be processed and stored using third-party email and communication management or marketing software for the purpose of client communication, follow-ups, and service-related updates. We do not use such information for unrelated or unsolicited marketing purposes.
     

  4. Adding Items to Cart: When you browse our store and add items to your cart, we do not collect any additional personal information beyond what was provided during account login (if you are logged in). Cart data (items selected, quantities) is stored temporarily in your browser session and within your Wix account if you are logged in, to allow you to resume your session. No payment or address information is collected at this stage.
     

  5. Placing an Order (Checkout): Personal information is collected in full only when you proceed to checkout and place an order. At this stage, we collect:
    a) Full name
    b) Billing address
    c) Delivery / shipping address (for physical products such as printed stationery, table linen, signages)
    d) Email address and phone number for order confirmation and delivery coordination
    e) Payment method details: Payment transactions are processed by Wix Payments or other integrated payment gateways. The Studio does not directly store your full card number, CVV, bank credentials, or UPI PIN. All sensitive payment data is encrypted and handled exclusively by the payment processor in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
    f) Order summary, items purchased, and transaction ID

    Order and transaction data is retained for accounting, fulfilment, and legal compliance purposes as described below.
     

  6. Ongoing Project Communication: Once a project is underway, whether initiated through the website store or through a custom quotation, we may receive and retain additional information you share with us in the course of the project, including:
    a) Event-specific details (guest names, venue information, programme details, personalised text)
    b) Design references, images, or files shared via email or WhatsApp
    c) Feedback, revision instructions, and approval records
    This information is used exclusively to deliver your bespoke project and is retained for the period described below.
     

  7. Direct Contact Channels: When you contact us outside of the website form via email, phone, WhatsApp, or Instagram, we receive and retain:
    a) Email: your email address, the contents of your message, and any attachments
    b) Phone / WhatsApp: your phone number and the content of your communication

6. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

7. UPLOADED FILES & MOOD BOARD CONTENT

Our enquiry forms allow you to upload images, files, or share Pinterest board links as part of your project brief. By uploading or sharing such content, you confirm that:
 

  1. You own or have the right to share any images, files, or links you submit.
     

  2. Uploaded files are used solely for the purpose of understanding your design preferences and creating your bespoke project.
     

  3. Files and images shared with us will not be used for any other purpose, publicly displayed, or shared with third parties other than those directly involved in fulfilling your project.
     

  4. We will not be held responsible for any copyright infringement arising from files or references you provide that belong to third parties.
     

​Uploaded files are stored within the Wix platform's secure infrastructure and are accessible only to the Studio.

8. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law:
 

  1. Account data: Retained for the duration your account is active and for up to 2 years after account closure or last login.
     

  2. Enquiry form submissions that do not result in a project: Retained for up to 12 months.

  4. Order and transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with Indian tax and accounting regulations.
     

  5. Direct communications (email, WhatsApp): Retained for up to 2 years from the date of last communication.
     

Once data is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymised.
